It's not "best banks to work for", but banks most admired by those in the investment banking industry. They don't get to rate their own bank so not a great indicator of what any are like to work for. Kind of a lame survey.

The methodology: 3k investment bankers were asked to rate banks 1-10 (not their own). That's it, so not terribly sophisticated or enlightening. Would be interesting to know where the bankers who took the time to complete the survey work. Regardless, I doubt any bank is hanging its hat on being included on this list.
You obviously can't read original poster, it clearly shows 25, you're a perfect example of some of the id–ts we all have to work with each day that can't even read and we have to make up the slack for... pathetic.
