For some reason the HSA contribution options aren't available on-line. And HR WELLS says I have a 2-hour wait time. After 45 minutes I hung up. That gave me plenty of time to find the chat service – which replies "I'm sorry but I didn't understand your request." Horrible.

But just wait for the new “integrated” HR experience coming our way! It’d going to solve everything
Welcome to the world of servicenow, or much later. It's garbage.
I agree
Waited about 10mins, no issues. Very helpful
HR people in MN are the worst. Rude, crude, and nasty. That entire place should be zapped.
Experienced the exact same thing!
Good point to both OP and first reply. HR is terrible, not the HR employee’s faults, though.
This is just example of how all the cost center vs cost center competition at WFC works against the organization as a whole. Head of HR gets credit for slashing costs, but the rest of the organization pays the price because their employees sit on hold for so long, thus not working/producing for their own LOB.
I have experienced long holds, been transferred around and getting different answers depending on who picks up the line. Same problem with wrong answers on the Online format, and have to wait days to get a pat response that doesn’t even begin to answer the question you asked.
WFC management made the choice to slash expenses there. Turned it in to one huge call center and phone tree. Penny wise and pound foolish.
My only solution is to sit on hold on WFC time, not my personal time.
I've always found the ER folks to be great, but agree that there aren't enough of them to keep hold times sane. Good luck increasing the size of any team right now though!!
