I got 45%. I'm just a few steps to the exit, so I'll take it on the way out, but I'll never come back because of the past 12 months.
of course every number gets a bonus, if you dont get one, they are not fulfilling the contractural obligations based on your offer letter you send. In addition, keep all the data you can to ensure the unskilled managers or unskilled hr dept do not try to give your bonus to some unskilld worker that does things manually, or has worked in teh company too long doing nothing.
