Does anyone have experience with filing with the EEOC against WF? If so how long did it take with a lawyer? What does the process entail? I assume WF has a specified amount of time to respond to the EEOC and can't drag their feet?

EEOC is never on our side. They are the mediator between you and the person or mgmt you complain about. Once the review and talk is over, they will side with management. Get a lawyer and it’s the only way you’ll be heard.

Nothing really changes because almost all of them are frivolous and without merit. Just a bunch of whiners
NO. You have to submit a letter/complaint to EEOC, they review it and if it has merit, they send you a right to sue letter. I'd skip the EEOC and just get a lawyer.
I'm sure there has been thousands of EEOC complaints filed, what ever changes? Nothing!
