Our QA Engineers play a special role in our teams, in my team at least. They have become our SME's and go-to's and make our lives easier. I will be mad if they were let go.
Most of the dev managers managing QA now that they got rid of all the QA managers have no idea what their QA people’s background is or what they can do. So this will be real productive. Bad decision after bad decision.
Most of the managers were asked to give names with QA title and no automation knowledge and people with under performance. So very soon we will have layoffs. First target QA wing.
Hopefully its ops and engineering tech department, they caused another big outage, not to mention the they are unqualified, just look at the tech here (or lack of it)
Everyday is layoff day at WF. Tuesday's are the 2 for 1 special.
