With all the business changes happening in WIM, when are they going to restructure, realign and lay-off compliance employees in WIM Compliance? Thought it would have happened by now. What are they waiting for? Also, when is the Chief Compliance Officer going to announce her reorganization? Thanks

March 29th announcements will be made.
They laid off several employees from remediation during December.
The entire Compliance organization needs to be let go from top to bottom. The whole group lacks a collective spine to keep any of the business groups in check. The group leaders and directs/2 downs are still doing the Carrie Tolstedt beat down anytime anyone in Compliance points out questionable activity.
The re submission that Compliance had to do will also fail with the OCC. Better off to hire a contractor with full independence from the businesses; what's in place today is not independent and not working..
Compliance is hiring a ton of contractors. I thought we couldn’t do that right now?
