I am a non engineering tilt level and was able to register and attend courses to upskill
Does this mean we can expect layoffs of non engineering titles???

The internal tech college classes are glorified PowerPoint presentations to me. The ones they assigned to our BSC’s are really more for developers. I can understand them but I don’t have years of background experience to draw and to really fully appreciate the tech college that they have assigned to the BSC’s
i would not take classing internal, i would go external to get current skills. This place is way obsolete. I dont think their internal training is any better.
Also , tech secretaries can certainly take a training, but wont be kept, they are brining in qualified workers from outside.
