I support women and would rather show my engagement through real life events. I don’t see how hampering ones expression with a forced pc background image does anything but lower morale.

Whatever are you talking about. I don’t have that background image.
WF owned laptop, connected to WF owned network, receiving WF owned Group Policy.
Seems like a pretty dumb thing to get upset about.
Sure it's annoying, it also takes 5 seconds to change back.
How can they possibly enforce support for women with PC background wall paper. We now have the big six s-xual categorizations, which leaving at least 5 s-xes to suffer discrimination including traditional males who have been shrugging it off for 2 or 3 decades now.

But latest research https://dudeasks.com/how-many-genders-are-there-in-2021/ indicates 112 genders. I for one am convinced that I saw 115 different genders at Ruby Skye when the CS show was there with the many pretty people in the city, and I swear some of them were girls...

some people have nothing better to do than complain. Maybe take the time you are spending feeling butt burt about WF changing your background and do your job then you can get a better rating next year.
Yes, we can still change the background back ...for now. They are testing the waters to see what can get away with. Expect to have to list your pronouns on e-mails or attend critical race theory classes in the future.
My soothing custom desktop images are a hill I'm willing to die on. Don't care about temp changes, I can change stuff back, but I'm not giving up my desktop images.

It is their property so don’t be surprised if you don’t have a say about what is on there.
Who cares. Just change it back to whatever you had before. It's their laptop and they get to do what they want.
We have control of the horizontal.
