Good job guys. Normally I sympathesize with other business groups when they have issues, but tech tends to be so condescending, inflexible, and elitist I'll make an exception.

I've seen first-hand high ranking execs hire outside firms owned by their bestest buddies from their home countries, when the existing tech talent was superior.

I agree! I'm in tech but I'm not a dbag like so many of them. Acting like their p–p don't stink. When it hits the fan they scramble. Keep hiring that cheap, inexperienced labor with the perfect zip code! It's paying off
If this is about the massive vdi/citrix outage, I can’t wait until we are all forced to use vdi connections and then the entire workforce is out of commission.
This is what "current skills" gets you, apparently. Every tech guy here runs around talking about current skills. Well, the proof is in the pudding and right now those "current skills" are underperforming.

@glv major customer access problems. Increased traffic due to gov checks, which is a pretty predictable situation, but seems to have caused a bunch of chaos.
