In my location we are seeing dramatic port out ratios. We are having people coming in looking for deals to stay with Verizon and nope we got nothing to beat Tmo. We also hear frustrated customers on how Verizon customer service was always the best and now it is so bad.
Is this happening at other locations?
Verizon has had the we are the best arrogance for years and now they are so behind the others.. no idea how to get it back.. I can tell you pushing c-ap on an account is not the way.
