Looks like OP received the exact bonus he deserved. Quit spending so much time complaining and making excuses and do better at your job. That feedback for you seems very clear !

It is a middle of the March if you did not get your bonus posted on our bank account by now, that means you did not receive one for 2020. Better luck in 2021!
