Total waste of time. Company is having major layoffs, closing sites, asset caps, overworked employees, sending work overseas..... and all we hear about is D&I and now, how hard it is to work when having children. Also why can't any executive talk for an hour without having guest speakers talk about their careers or some wishy-washy stuff that no one cares about?? Is it just so they don't have to answer tough questions from employees? What do these executives talk about in their off sites? The only way to get any real information is on the internet or the quarterly stock holder meetings. Employees are not allowed to know anything about what is going on in the company.
Charlie had a 3 day offsite visit with executives? Seems to think that if he is OK with that... back to office would also be on his mind.
