So I am working with an outsource counterpart in Asia. Basically that person still expects me to do everything for him and always tries to attack my work. I am really tired of this. Not sure what value do they actually add to our firm. So damn sad.

Tell him to shut his trap. Remind him that he's not paid to think. His job is to do what he's told, and only what he's told.
Well he gets paid about a third of what you do, so maybe it balances out?
