It wouldn’t surprise me, especially if we want to be like Chase, which seems to be the goal. They are already there.

Legal going there within most areas. Oh and Ellen won’t read emails bc she doesn’t was paper trail in case regulators come looking. She wants you to call her for problems.

You're not safe even if your job can't be sent overseas. Your role can always be outsourced domestically as well, so if your response to these threads is "can't send my job to India because X!', you might want to ask yourself if it can be contracted, because if it can, it will be.

If they really want to save $$$, they need to look at their upper management pay & bonuses. Those are the true dead weight - but then, they are the ones making these decisions. The pay discrepancy is big between the people doing the actual work versus the old boys network at the top.

This site blows, most depressing site. Good luck shipping the jobs to a 3rd world. Today 1 brain is worth about 10,000 dummies.

Great. Wells can afford to cut lots of deadweight. As a shareholder I want Wells to be lean and profitable. As an employee I want Wells to work smartly and efficiently. Be fair and see it as it really is. Wells needs fixing!!! It’s about time
