I got an offer for an ic5 role.
Base : $210k
2000 RSU
Shall I accept the offer. I can work either in Seattle or sfo Bay Area? The over compensation is slightly more than my current current compensation? I want to know whether this offer is in par with other IC5 compensation in OCI? Appreciate your help.
