Same at my store was there 10 years and I’ve never seen such poor management ever at my store. From the store manger down to the front end coach. Our new front end coach is awful. She is so rude and disrespectful and cusses way to much. She is immature and if you are not one of her favorites good luck. I think everyday who the hell hired her??

Yes. I think they hired the worst of the worst from the top down. Our new Store Lead is awful too. He’s been at my store a few weeks and still hasn’t introduced himself. But nothing compares to the front end coach. She is just rude and crude.
The more they are “open doored” the more corporate likes them. Walmart standards aren’t there anymore. It’s another dying symptom.
