I worked for the Company and had suffered under maybe the worse Market Manager and Team I have ever come across, a Metro Market , where and who not important . To mention them gives them more consideration than they deserve. I left work for a great Company , very similar money but an entirely
different environment. There are good people to work for, who are honorable , will not try to humiliate you, threaten your livelihood , play mind games and behave like the poseurs they truly are.
So my advice, this too shall pass , get out while you can . Do not work another day or waste your life working among low lives those are the scum in management who hang around , backstab talk trash
who cannot function anyplace but within the asylum
that is Wal Mart. You deserve better, your family deserves better. As for the bonus , let them keep it.

Same at my store been there 10 years and I’ve never seen such poor management ever at my store. From the store manger down to the front end coach. Our new front end coach is awful. She is so rude and disrespectful and cusses way to much. She is immature and if you are not one of her favorites good luck. I think everyday who the hell hired her??

As to the mo–n who responded how he enjoys torturing Associates, that’s the level of id–ts that could not be Managers anywhere in the real world. They might get hired but they won’t last. Never do.

I was a Manager very well compensated , the Company allows this type of behavior and condones it. No one should waste another day of your life and efforts working for people who treat you like animals. They do not care for you, and the Woke PC game is a total act to protect them from the reality of life in a Company that is the Poster Child, the very picture of being in bed with our enemies . Wal Mart is but a Microcosm of the Country at large . Great Wealth for the Elite at the Top of the Food Chain, crumbs for the rest of you. Bonuses??? You earn every penny ! Let them keep it , take your dignity, your self respect and your life back. Not working for this despicable blood s—ing leech of a Company.
