I'm ready to move on. I heard Wells is cleaning house in July.
If you were employed during the Fake Account Scandal look out.

July is literally the only month this year that will not have layoffs due to the Peoplesoft to Workday transition that is happening then. There are waves every other month. Currently they’re all full up until September.
I heard they are making leadership sign disclosures that they can not discuss it with anyone. So, don't be surprised by them when they say I just found out. IT'S NOT TRUE!! They know and showing favoritism.
As the saying goes "The beatings will continue until morale improves", WF has no doubt performed some bean counting on how many involuntary layoffs they can execute before it starts to see diminishing returns (due to severance packages, etc.). Life at WF will get more difficult as things continue, until they reach the necessary 'voluntary' terminations needed to stay within budget.
5000?
No, more like 50,000 which would get WF in the ballpark of Bank of America and Chase.
5,000 per month for the rest of the year is much more likely.
No company does that. Once layoffs start, it will be on going for years and years.
Maybe, they're getting the message that moral is suffering because layoffs are sporadic and unpredictable and they're going for the one and done theory. If they laid off say 5,000 people and said "that's it" I'm sure a lot of people would be happy.
who cares this place is a DEAD-END JOB
I've heard July as well. I discounted it because it's so far off but a few people that I trust have mentioned it. So long as I'm on the list, I'll be happy.
