Assumingly many people working out of NJ have taken parental leave at some point or another. NJ is one of the rare states that offers paid bonding for 12 weeks at 80% of pay and Wells Fargo is suppose to make up the difference so that you receive 100% of pre leave compensation. Lincoln Financial is the 3rd party that coordinates this on Wells Fargo's behalf and seems wholly incompetent. It's as if they've never dealt with a NJ based employee before and can't figure out how to get my paycheck correct. Initially they were underpaying and had to process a make up payment after I complained and the most recent check they over paid and I'll have to go back to them on that. Anybody else have similar experiences? I thought I would get a break from having to make others aware of how to perform their job while I was away on leave, I guess not.

I was gone for quite some time on a different type of leave and dealt with LF. Hey, take a step back from your frustration, use some better perspective (I.e., all you need to do is make a phone call or a few, and hangout with your family) and just be glad you’re getting that extra 20%.
Assumingly (Dude, Wut?) we won’t make a mistake hiring in NJ again
Ummmmm.....why are you asking this on a layoff site?
It's exhausting, how much you have to look out for yourself! Congrats on the new one!
@xsy+19GywFdr an illiterate person calling people lazy.
Cause this is exactly the right place to get legit information...
Looks like someone doesn't have kids
You shouldn’t get paid unless your using PTO. Lazy Americans looking to get paid for nothing.
I know so many people who process these claims at Lincoln.
So with Lincoln there's an insured pool of money ("Lincoln's money") and then the portion the employer pays. They told me they try to do anything they can to not pay out any of Lincoln's money. I suspect that's what's going on here.
