@1agq+19G4YLSb because WF's and CS's idea of voluntary displacement is to make employees miserable so they leave.

I don’t understand why they don’t offer voluntary displacement packages -

@1flk. More doom and gloom. These dates will pass like the other ones where Armageddon was supposed to happen.

No one knows jack excrement and we all know that by now.

"no pushed out is someone resigning so no package from internal staff protecting their job by making life painful for others"

If you resign, you shouldn't get a severance. That said, you're not really "pushed out" if it's voluntary.

They'll be conveniently time for the beginning of March Madness so you can watch all the games on your own time without guilt that you were loafing on the job.

Layoffs have been ongoing.. Several from CISO's group are no longer here. Check out the new CISO of Ally.

Also, the bulldog of ICS who used to work for TB, the Head of Cyber Security Defense & Monitoring, is also gone...

Just check out the GAL and look for the zz

Anyone "pushed out" as you describe rates that Salary Continuation Plan, so it's a layoff like any other.

If you think layoffs are happening on some specific day, you are highly mistaken. They happen daily.

They have a new trick up their sleeve now! Layoffs too expensive.

While they say they are merging groups, what they are really doing is pushing groups out without having to pay any severance. So like if your group gets merged with anoother one and then there the hunger games start. There is only room for one of the groups or less. They push out the people, usually those that actually have skills that can get them better jobs, cause they dont want to be there anyways. Then they push out more to completely eliminate about 10 out of the group so its back down out 7 workers in US, same thing happen in India.

This strategy the regulatoers and feds wont see as layoffs only people leaving on their own, so chainsaw come out looking good.

More importantly, when will people figure out that Charlie Crist and Charlie Scharf are the same person?
