Anyone who was recently displaced willing to share what the packages are looking like? They used to be 2 weeks per year of service but there was a rumor they would be cut this year. Any insight?

Still 2 weeks per year of service; min 8 weeks . It’s in the benefits book under salary continuation
I can't find these info in Teamworks. What if I am new, less than a year, do I get anything? My fearless leader has scheduled some meetings and I am scared as heck.
benefits book for severance plan. 2 wks per year with 8 week minimum and there is a maximum (I think 52 weeks but bene book is the final word)
for notice period - it is 60 days, except in NY state where 90 days is required by law. Policy now is that all notice period is NONWORKING - access to everything is terminated at close of business on the day of the notification. Anything other than that is considered an exception that must be requested with a detailed and specific rationale, and go through several layers of approvals to be granted.
How much if the Notification Period is working/non-working is very dependent on LOB and even within the same LOB is can be all over the map, for several reasons. Bottom line, don't presume you'll get a certain amount of working, or non-working Notification Period based on what you read from anyone, or any group, here.
If/when you're displaced (fired), you'll receive an email with all the information and resources. Personally, I received 60 days continuance and 2 months of continued severance including benefits based on my tenure.
Not all departments got the 30/60 day continuation. HR was effective immediately. But the plan is in Bebe book as stated and about 2 weeks per year up to 52 weeks
I was totally unaware that it was in the benefits book and I'm fairly certain based on your response that I am in a higher level and pay grade than you in all of your genius. SO I appreciate the both responses.
@ymq+19Fdu3ZB It is you who has been trolled. If the people asking these questions were actual employees or have the mental aptitude to comprehend anyone’s response, to include your own regardless of its accuracy, they would open up Teamwork’s and find it themselves instead of asking on a rando messageboard.
The Salary Continuation Plan is in the Benes Book...all the details you need.
I've heard multiple managers on the IT side given the 2 weeks per year package, and before that starts, a 30 or 60 day period where you don't come to work but keep getting paid. So 30 - 60 days paid, you don't work, then the "2 weeks per year" kicks in.
I do however know that Wells isn't required to offer these packages, and I'm not sure what the criteria is.
Also, why do you get downvoted for asking these questions? Lol, trolls?
