Its simple. You can’t come back to work in a Verizon building until you are Vaccinated. Period.
When you’re laying in bed hooked up to a ventilator you are costing the company money. When you come in spreading your germs getting half your team sick you are costing them money. A healthy employee is a valuable employee.
Wrong. A sick employee is very much valued if they performed teir job well. Just because someone gets sick does not mean they are worthless. What a terrible thing to say.
A sick employee is a worthless employee
Let’s hope so
Why would they need to mandate it? People are actively seeking it out, and are disappointed by the lack of supply. Also, the vaccine is meant to protect you, not others, so if you want to roll the dice, go ahead.
Your employer owns you and can require ANYTHING of you. They are supreme and you are insignificant. So get ready for your rectally injected vaccination.
OR... you can grow a spine and take control of your life. Rather than allowing others to control it for you.
They need to mandate them for wireline associates due to weight and health issues.
They can only require it if the word "emergency" is removed from the vaccination. Once the word "emergency" is removed they can require it for future and ongoing employment. That is Federal Labor Law. If you refuse you better start looking for another job.
