All the sales directors are gone and the reps are leaving in throves. Bad management or downsizing due to poor products? Or bad management? Only Salesforce.com knows I guess. Most of the people quitting end up there.

Oracle CX is really just half decent Martech and ageing service desk ticketing. The market awareness of Oracle CX is extremely poor.
Is it ? How about merging with the data cloud ? That’s not going to help each other out ?
