It looks like the outsourcing to India and outside counsel firms to handle Wells Legal is in full effect. Yesterday, multiple teams of lawyers in the commercial workout groups with years of experience at Wells were given notice. Early this month, one of Wells' better deputies was given his walking papers. Legal should be looking to leave immediately since all Ellen and her clan of overpaid “leaders” will look to cut costs in order to secure their paychecks.

Right on Anonymous. Inaccessibility is a huge issue but the least of them in HR. There is no one group as shady and corrupt in the organization as HR. As is typical of huge companies they are strictly there to protect the corporate monster.
WF HR person. Do the specific lay offs go through HR approval before taking place or just in the case they’re trying to bury the wrong handling of a retaliation?
Couldn’t agree more. 9 Admins laid off the same day even though they are extremely understaffed and had been told the layoffs wouldn’t affect them. Of course that was before that DGC left earlier in Feb. Is Ellen trying to move leadership to NY?
When you work in HR it's super easy to justify not providing HR services for employees. Or even having employees. Hell, they should change their name to Chatbot Resources. I mean call it what it is. Human Capitol was at one time valued.
Further, whomever created requirements for jobs at Wells is 100% responsible for the current state of mediocrity across the enterprise. Go figure: Genius isnt a requirement for a job anywhere there. Genius with 2 years experience gets you hourly rate job. Mediocre somebody + 5 years experience gets 90k + bonus.

And the politicians thought they were getting back at the "evil bankers" and supporting the little guy with the consent order. Instead they just helped ship thousands of our well paid jobs overseas to India.
I think I head Congress talking about stopping all tax breaks for companies doing this. That will keep them here or pay higher in taxes, versus paying American workers.
