'not protected' = no way in heck you're getting your job back. More power to the employees that take advantage of this, but go into it with the eyes wide open.

Keep who where?
Anybody knows do they keep them here?
This option was extended to a specific group of employees that have been home on High Risk Leave due to a medical condition. Those who were on leave have been given the option to return on April 1st in their current role or remain on leave with 65% pay through Sept 30. However, the employee’s position will not be held or protected. You would have to speak to your manager or perform a job search (prior to the end of the leave period) to determine whether you will have a job after September 30.
Is this business-specific? I've been looking all over Teamworks and I can't find any mention of it. It sounds pretty ideal without childcare this summer, and I hate to get my hopes up that I'm eligible.
Not familiar; what is it?
Even if you take the leave it’s worth it because you can still apply within Wells Fargo job positions. Why would anyone want to go back to their previous job it’s kind of embarrassing after all changes taken place.
If you take it chances are your job will be posted on April 1. Being on the 65% COVID leave is not job protected leave and your job could be filled while your out then when it expires you have to look for something else inside the company to apply for or you don’t have a position.
So will our jobs be safe until September 30?
I considered it. But it says that once it ends September 30 we may not still have a job with WF. So I told my manager I will be back in the office April 1st.
what is it
Not eligible and even less interested.
