I can understand how OP came to his decision. When you feel like you are in the twilight zone the second you came and it only gets worse after that. Having other offers that you can take why bother staying long and waste yours and everyone time?
After so few days, you came to this conclusion? I am sure you will do this on your next job as well.

Yeah, we need detail oriented people, and based on your post, you might not be in that group. When I was that new, I didn't know much about the company, I'm guessing you don't either. Good luck elsewhere.
