@1xjx+19ABva1b Yes, this was a second, far bigger pass through for SORM.

This is actually getting scary.

someone 'in the know' give us some numbers. How big is SORM? How many people did they lose? Most of us know nothing about that specific group...so 'hit hard' doesn't tell us much. If you know more, please share!

@1ncm+19ABva1b I should have specified that I was referring to IT in general vs any other business units. Of course it’s not fixed but the 0/60 will be more of the rule rather than the exception going forward. It makes sense from a liability/insider attack vector. Despite Cyberark, break glass access and various other permissions siloing many people have deep and wide access. It wouldn’t be difficult at all to setup a basic scheduled task in scheduler to wreak some havoc.

How much of the notice period is working / not working is certainly not fixed at 0/60. I know of specific examples, from 2021, of both 0/60 and 30/30-ish.

@llw+19ABva1b As far as I know it was ONLY managers. The contacts I know in the groups are still around. My understanding is if you were going to be hit you’d have already been called. And if it wasn’t already known the 30 working 30 non-working 60 day notice period no longer exists. It’s just 60 days non-working.

@xvp+19ABva1b, was it only spans and layers in technology and Ops or at tech level too?

Technology. Operations group. Spans and Layers hit them today. 40yr employee “leaving to pursue other opportunities”, ie:fired. Other managers under her gone effective immediately. Unknown if the plebes were/will be hit or not.

@oda+19ABva1b, I see this too, seems like sort of its the end for people working here and will have to go to new positions elsewhere;
