GTS, Set Them Sold, is the reason why the IT Job Titles are being recharacterized and renamed to another occupational series.
The application knowledge pretty much lifted and shifted to Infosys in 2019. The only retention was top heavy at the manager and above levels onshore. Sooner or later that group is going to pay the piper.

This is 100% accurate. Any positions not transitioned to offshore will then be sold to an outsourcing company. Ie Cognizant, Accenture & yes.... even InfoSys. By 2022 anyone in IT/GTS will be offshore or a contractor. No more full time IT/GTS employees.
All Verizon can be out soured. IT , network, customer support , etc . Why not ?
Could be that the rest of IT gets out-sourced, you never know.
