Chainsaw Charlie p-ss-d of a bunch of people today. I get it, he has to trim the fat, and consolidate irrelevant confusing multiple positions at the branches. But boy I’ve never seen the morale so shot at Wells Fargo!

Charlie and his team are intentionally pissingg off team members so they will quit. If you quit, then there’s no severance to pay. It’s a terrible thing to do to the team but that’s our leadership.
