Did anyone get a clear explanation today on the time period to promote from of premier 1 to the new premier role?

What quarter can the premier position be reviews for the new position?

It is one year in role- it updates on April 1st. There will be a pay increase included as well.
Appears it is clear as mud
It’s actually two years not one. To my understanding also is no pay increase and you’ll be going from non exempt to exempt.
