So a "majority" of the Team Lead positions under Larribas reports were "restructured." The announcement was worded like it was temporary, but from those who were actually demoted, it seems permanent along with a title demotion to regular Associate/Analysts (and pay scale change with it). No real explanation for why it happened, but probably safe to assume the bean counters thought they saw some fat to cut. Wells keeps finding new ways to crush morale even lower. I expect to see a lot more attrition.. maybe that was the idea.

I was told they’re still determining the model for CC4B, but no timeline was given.
CC4B is Customer Care 4 Business, formerly Treasury management client services.
CC4B? Is that commercial banking?
