I left the bank recently for a senior management role at JP Morgan moving up from technical domain. Cant beat that, pay is good, got training on all the non ethical and other tactics used here, so will be ready for anything. Hope they aren't as corrupt as here, but at least going in prepared.
Honestly this ICS group was the dirtiest place I have ever seen, and workers all were unskilled.
I absolutely do think its better. I will tell you this is the first place I ever worked and saw workers doing all their work as manual as possible, like they have 0 education or experience and the manager pay huge increases for this behavior. Every other company in the US these types would be removed from their role and never brought back. They clearly are not capable of doing the work in their field and thrive to drive up the company costs.
do you really think JPMorgan will be a better place? hopefully you talked to people and read their layoff thread. best of luck and keep your resume updated.

Yes, I may be complaining about them, but at least I am in the position I should have had here. Either way learned its easier just to get the level you want on the interview vs dealing with all the drama at low levels and trying to move up internally as this path could take decades or never happen, as lots of people show jealousy. Also even better is i will have a good number of managers reporting to me. I am excited for my new opportunity at the next level!

Maybe, but tech and isc at the bank at wells is really pathetic, appears no one has done anything here for decades but be complacent. I would overhaul both these divisions
