I am someone that answered the survey honestly about management and the company overall. Getting an "Inconsistently Meets" when I have had a combo of exceeds and meets on all perf reviews this year (quarterly) really ticks me off.
The surveys are NOT anonymous. They are supposedly “confidential” - a completely different thing. However that is not true either.
It can’t be. Imagine that a threat is made. How long do you think it would take to identify the person who made the threat?
Okay, now imagine that WF is an ethical company that would never lie to you or use your words against you.
I don’t trust them one bit. But I will definitely answer a survey honestly. Blowing smoke up their rears serves no one. I would recommend taking pictures of the survey and your answers if you have concerns of being shown the door if you respond honestly.
I copy and save almost everything.
I can't think of a better time.
Be careful what you say in those reviews. I was very candid in one at another company. H/r squealed on me and I was shown the door. I didn't regret it but those surveys are not anonymous like they tell you.
Isn't the purpose of a survey to obtain honest feedback? Otherwise they are useless. So yes you should answer accordingly.

I've worked in multiple banks and across multiple industries over 30 years.
I have NEVER seen a more useless HR function than the one in Wells.... and that's kinda hard to beat!
yea I am giving them a horrible review as the manager doesnt even knwo i work in their group and didnt know they manage a technical department. This place really has serious issues
