Anyone else notice it no longer says how long a notice period is when being displaced (16-8)? In 2020 the benefit book explicitly said 60 days (14-8).

that means no one has to give notice, on either side; also that is same in teh right to work guidelines, can happen either way from employer or employee with no notice
