Today’s call could cave been delivered via Mac mail. Complete waste of time. I found out my new job description and was upset that my salary was in the middle range. After my conversation with my leader, I am assuming my current role and also another persons role and still have the same salary? You’re kidding right? What is WF thinking?

Maybe they think you're overpaid
They’re thinking you should be grateful you have a job at all.
They are probably thinking that you'll quit so they can hire someone at a lower rate.
