I was told that bonuses are based on Line of Business and not role. Is that true?

You all should be lucky to get a bonus at all with what is going on.
If you are bonus eligible how do you not know your target?
Bonuses vary by LOB. Front office (customer facing) positions generally get paid more bonus based on performance. Back office roles generally get paid less in bonus.
@zcx+197rBWk7 - Where is it disclosed? at some levels, it says you aren't eligible but you actually are, based on Line of business.
I have same manager as you I think, or has the same issues, talking out of both sides of their mouth.
Not sure,maybe just cant tell the truth!
Someone said if you get a good bonus you wil get canned soon after, like a going away gift

You don’t even work here. If you did you would know the answer as your target bonus %, if applicable, is disclosed several times and in several places.

Its my understanding that shared chargeback services are based on business performance as a whole. I may be wrong...
