knowing we're waiting on the "ok" from the BOD sometime today-friday on managers getting the ok to release the bonus info. Can a manager please respond back once you've been given the official green-light to discuss comp?

it looks like bonuses are inconsistent based on other comments, I am in IT
I got 80% of target, rated a 3, got over 100% last year, was rated a 4
@1gcs+197OGoZg, depending on what your salary is compared to the MRP for your job title, your comp ratio may have already been too high to warrant a raise with that rating level. Ask your manager.
Does displaced employees get any notice from managers for bonus payout ?
I did not get raise at all. Is it normal? 0%, rating is meet.

wasn't told what the group was funded at but got 5% less than my target bonus amount and was a "meets"
Approved this AM. Our group at 100%. Some people got promotions.😎
Got 85% of target
My division was funded at 70 percent. I got 76, do I guess that’s good. Was expecting pool to be lower as my division was hit hard by COVID.

Internal auditor here. Management said our average bonus was 80% of target and a 1.5% salary increase. From what I’ve heard from coworkers, that’s about on the mark.
My team found out this AM. 100% of bonus target (not a prorated 100% for funding pool but actual target) + 4% merit raise.
My job level was funded at 85% of target as a whole, meaning the average person with my title got 85% of their target. Some more, some less. I got 89% and know that there were some people that got 100%.

all bonuses cut 60 %, remember we have all you workers - "working for wells is real bonus" so no need for monetary bonus, we are letting you work here for now, that should be enough
