To those who have previously let go, I apologize that this has happened to you. It appears that my colleagues and I will be joining you in the near future. Did or does Wells provide any outplacement services? Thanks in advance

I'll third the last two comments. Let go just before Christmas and I also received outplacement assistance. It is worth talking to them, but as the previous posters stated, it could have been better. One piece of advice, get your resume in the best possible shape before you submit it for critique. You get one shot, not multiple feedback sessions. However, if you augment their advice with other career tools available on the internet, it should get you going in the right direction.
Also displaced on 10/27. Outplacement services were somewhat helpful. Some people may find them more helpful. I agree with earlier poster, I used maybe 25-30 percent of their suggestions.
They are correct, networking is the key to finding a new position. That is how I landed my new job.
Good luck to all. You will get through this.
Got let go on 10/27. WF provided the outplacement service and I opted in to try it out.
I personally didn't use too much of their services but I can see it being useful for people who prefer to receive all their tips & advice in one place.
I attended a few webinars but didn't find them to be too helpful.
They update your resume for you but I actually received more interviews with my old resume (the one I updated on my own after the layoff).
I received an offer recently. I would say I used maybe 20% of the tips and advice I received from the outplacement service. The rest was based on my own research.
they provide 0 to me not even severance; anyways I got a new job quickly luckily.
I got ZERO
