With Covid and the restrictions around going into the office, how is everyone getting a copy of their Performance Review for your own personal file? Are you just asking your Manager to go into the office? Can WF deny us a way of getting a hard copy?

Email it home for historical records. It's not any kind of violation as it doesn't contain social, bday, etc PII. Your name and employee ID do not constitute PII or sensitive information. If you are concerned encrypt with Zix and send it home. I have every one of my reviews and other personal related documents via email where applicable. Any kind of violation in policy you immediately receive notifications at the time of infraction. If in doubt put in a question to HR and not some random layoff forum.
I mean, does it really matter? Who wants to print it out? Gonna frame it? Staple it to your resume for your next job?
You can request a remote print group membership that will allow you to connect a personal printer (If it's a model that wf has a driver for). You don't want to email externally. Worst case, pics on a phone. You could also ask for permission to go to the office. If you have a peer with the remote print group, you could email it to them and have them print it for you.

No, you should NOT be emailing anything to your personal home address. It is a violation.
It is my understanding that anything personal related (evals, comp, etc) you want printed and sent to your home can be requested via HR request.

you can download it as a PDF in cp&d or have your manager send you a copy as pdf then email it to yourself and then print it at home.
That's an option but it doesn't come out clear at all.
take a photo with your iphone of each page of the document when it is up on your laptop screen.
