OP's take is 100% hot garbage:
- Reviews were due to be written in October.
- HR has said reviews should be communicated by 1/26 (next Tuesday).
- The only real deliverable back is acknowledgement of the review by 1/31, so some will likely get communicated after 1/26.
- Next significant displacement wave is in late February and bonuses pay out 2/5.

I thought bonus will be communicated 27-29. Can someone please confirm? Also can someone explain the bonus pool or accrued concept. I’ve heard the pool is 80-85% this year? Can anyone validate yet?

why they send all the legal to india? Sounds like they will be moving there as need local legal dept to manage the business, since it is moving over there
guys a lot of companies doing layoffs now; i would suggest people go to a stable company that will not run into this, at least for next 1-2 years. Not sure what the new adminstration will do or not do.
