Does anyone know when your manager will disclose how much bonus you will receive?

I was already told its gonna be less than last year. So long as its less than 100k im good. Who would want that c-appy stock as part of your compensation???
compensation conversations cannot happen prior to 1/27 and it’s encouraged to have them after performance reviews, but they can happen at the same time
@1did to keep negotiating what? There is no negotiation for either a bonus, which is formulaic, or your raise which is limited to either 1 or 2% if at all.
Does anyone actually know why reviews and bonus and comp aren’t discussed at the same time? Is it to try to keep people from negotiating?

27th - 29th is when compensation will be announced. If you don't find out bonus then, it'll be on your check for Feb 5th
