There isn't a number, it's meets, exceeds, etc. Getting a "meets" is pretty average and acceptable. Getting a exceeds is way less likely and the top tier (can't remember the exact name) is rare. More than 50% fall into meet. 10% exceeds and less than 5% is above that.
Yeah, there are no numbers involved with ratings anymore.
