Been an exceeds for years, now back down to meets under the current guidelines, even though 5 of my 9 criteria were rated exceeds while only 4 were rated meets.
Can't really complain. The big project I was working on has ended and our normal volumes have been down since Covid started.

Take your participation trophy and move on. The review process is corporate gobbleygook that checks a box for legal/HR/etc... The goalposts constantly move and are arbitrarily set. Oh, you sharpened 20 pencils today, well that exceeds your requirement of 18 per day. Awesome work! Never mind that your four year old could get through double that while watching Cocomelon on Youtube.

Of course all my managers from last year are gone now.
