Then you aren't currently in retail. We are short-staffed nation wide. Almost every store is down to 2-3 reps. Stop spending lies we have it hard enough work 9 hour with no breaks no lunch no back up.

This site has been right before that’s a fact. It makes sense for GM’s to essentially diminsih the Indirect Account Manager and DM role. Save vzw tons I’m bloated salary while still keeping you in the dark on the real plan.
DM and director in our area are gone as of feb. waiting on what happens with management in stores and if they’ll be given more stores to manage?
