I noticed that Christmas is on a Saturday in 2021. I'm trying to find out how many floating holidays we have in 20201 but the link to the policy isn't working on Teamworks. I want to use them immediately (right after New Years); especially, since we'll lose them if we get laid off.

Memorial Day is always on a Monday and is on May 31. 4th of July is observed on Monday July 5 and was granted as a Holiday for that date, not a floater. Christmas is the only floater

I always put in floating holidays and personal holidays first on the pto, just in case with what’s happening!

Go to timetracker. It shows you how many floating and regular holidays...
From Teamworks:
"Floating holidays can be taken at any time within the calendar year that the observed holiday occurs, with prior manager approval."
You are eligible for a floating holiday:
If an observed holiday falls on a Saturday;
If an observed holiday falls on a day you're normally scheduled to be off work;
If you're an employee in an exempt position and you work on an observed holiday.

In 2020, two personal, one float (July 4) They don't roll over. Use or lose.
Check teamworks. If I recall correctly, if you use them before they occur and lose employment with WF, it will be deducted from your last paycheck. If your last paycheck doesn't cover it, you will get a bill for it. Same as PTO.
