Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Best house in a bad neighborhood

All in all, even though it is only one year old, it’s still a good place to be. Sure you hear about a lot of BS Happiness stuff that nobody believes in and the culture du jour.

If you can survive the RiFF’s, the benefits are among the best and the culture, while under development, will turn out ok. The reality is that this company is neither BBT or STI.

Spend some time looking at the US Bank and Wells Fargo and other bank posts. They are all Riffing too.

I love it, Truist’s new employment slogan is “we are terrible, but there may be some worse places out there.” As someone who has worked at two other major banks, I can honestly tell you this is the most toxic environment, and most callous executive team I have ever witnessed. This is an ego fueled train wreck, illuminated in cheesy fluorescent purple.
Life is way too short to spend our time supporting an executive team that feels it is acceptable to treat our coworkers this way. Do yourselves and your family a favor, and get out of this mess before it starts adversely impacting your quality of life.

First, you're full of BS, as the last post pointed out, you contradicted yourself on November 1st. SO your post is meaningless:. If you think the house is the nicest, you move there.

Same guy posted this response back in November to a post about layoffs are something. LMAO

If you want it then don’t worry, it ain’t coming. You will be piled on with more work. They are not going to ask for volunteers. The plan is to work you to the point where you leave so they don’t have to pay severance.
