I love my job and work with great people. If I didn't, I'd leave, but I do, so why jump ship now?
Will be at the end of my 52 week paid vacation. So I will officially retire on 1/15/2021. Since I am well past retirement age I will no longer have to put up with the BS of working for anyone. Now if thet can get the RONA under control LOL!!

I am starting a new job a week from today (right after my 60 day notice ends) for $30k more money. I will get the Wells severance and a huge signing bonus equal to my typical annual bonus - so basically the equivalent of 3.5 annual bonuses. I am so relieved to be moving to a better company.
I started a new job last week with 25% pay increase, better 401k match, better health insurance with very low deductible, matched PTO, etc.
Don't be reluctant to look for better opportunities - you can find them.
Starting February 5, 2021 I am available for immediate hire.
Manager here. I am going to find a better company to work for but keep my stock because it will increase.
Getting 25% higher pay and matched everything else (pto, bonus, title, plus permanent remote status - oh yeah, that was in the works to be changed under CS pre-covid...those that were remote pre-covid may or may not keep that perk once returns to office begin). Good luck, all!
Definitely looking around. Will leave after the first week of February for the right opportunity. Yes, I am going to stick around for the bonus. I have worked hard all year. I am not going to leave that money on the table.
This is definitely most toxic place I have ever seen; but there are criminals running it so guess we all should already know this. look at the long list of crimes that guy put in the other post.

Sad. Charlie trolling for intel again and not getting the answers he'd hoped for. He wants people to leave. Now he'll have to tighten the screws further.
Every time numerous posts about no plans to leave, WF shakes the tree and makes things more uncomfortable so people quit. There are only so many levers at WF's disposal (negative changes to benefits, 401K match, severance, etc.).
Get ready for severance cuts in 2021.
WF is not going to get any less toxic, and as they lay off more and more people, those of us still here get to do more work, or take heat for work not getting done/being delayed.
The history of banking in the US is filled with crime, WF will be as clean as they need to be long enough to start criming again.
All the big banks do the same thing.
So, to recap, toxic, crime, leaving.
I hope to stay. I honestly don't see it being better anywhere else. I have had a job prior to coming here and this place isn't rosy, but it is better. No, I am not planning on leaving.

Wells Fargo is good and it'll not be better somewhere else (I used to jump a lot)... We just need a few years to stabilize. Once all layoffs are done people will fell better.
I like that spans and layers is reducing the number of managers. I currently have 7 managers that pull me in different directions. I'm guessing that number will be 4 or 5 by the time this shakes out. With that said, I'm just holding on until I'm displaced and run with the money. I'm over MRP and probably on the chopping block, even though I always get a 4 or 5 (during years where a number was used).

Want to work in a more current area of tech, so leaving. Feel like i have lost all my skills here.

A lot less managers getting up in my business since s&l whacked almost all of them.
I hope the virus is gone and life returns to normal.
Workwise, I am happy were I am right now - I have 4 years to retirement and will try to ride it out....
