The D&I talk from leadership is so utterly insincere and they hammer it and hammer it.
There is a D&I component that is used for "weighing" on a score that directly relates to where a team member falls within the Layoff Candidate list.
So D&I is on topic in that regard.
Well, this is a layoff website, and the anti-D&I stuff rants to be a little rac-ist-y.
Because some people are just that insecure.
Stick to layoff stuff and you'll be fine.
