Yes, WF has employees from several business in the Frederick location. That includes people from CTS which is primarily based in Columbia. With the news that WFC is looking to sell its CTS business, and the location in Columbia being full, i doubt they make any moves with those employees. If/when they do sell i would think any team member retained by the new firm would probably end up back in Columbia or stay working from home.

Shows how bad The OP’s info is. CCRG was changed to ECMO like a year ago so yes CCRG is gone. A very high ranking manager was let go but that was part of spans and layers.

It’s been word for a while now along with the constant talk of the location either no longer existing or being consolidated down to just what is currently B-building. So far, C-1 and C-3 have been given back to the building owner and “word” is that the lease has only been renewed until sometime in 2022. It’ll be interesting to see how the cookie crumbles given Frederick is a higher cost center when it comes to salaries and is no longer considered the “Mid-Atlantic Headquarters” for Home Lending originations as the location was touted as being in the past.
