What if my branch has 1 BM, 1 PB1, 1 PB2 1 SM, 2 full-time Leads, 1 teller @40hrs, 1 teller@30hrs, and 1@20hrs? Anybody want to give an opinion what will happen?

They aren't necessarily next, they were included in this wave. Two SMs in our market were let go on the 3rd.

Interesting...a lot of service manager 1 positions opening here in FL. Why would they hire just to fire?

Regional advisors / service managers i can see getting reduced. Just so many layers in the organization, it’s hard to predict which one would get impacted.

Region Bank President disclosed that they would be consolidating the SM1 positions at certain level 1 branches. This would allow BM1's more direct reports for their positions. They also disclosed that they would review what the lead teller role looks like in those branches and adjust accordingly.
